Role Description

- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in consultative selling or solution-based sales, preferably in interiors, real estate, or related industries.
- Guide prospective homeowners through their design and sales journey with Truww.
- Schedule and facilitate meetings between clients and designers at our Experience Centre.
- Present Truww's products, services, and value proposition to prospective customers.
- Conduct consultative outbound calls and follow up with leads on a daily basis.
- Manage your sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups, CRM updates, and closures.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as an individual contributor.




- Build strong customer relationships and ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Client relationship management abilities, including needs assessment, expectation setting, and ongoing communication to build trust and long-term partnerships.
- Basic understanding of interior design concepts, space planning, and home furnishing to confidently explain solutions and collaborate with design teams.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software to manage leads, track performance, and prepare client proposals.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages (e.g., Kannada, Hindi) is an advantage.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant sales experience; prior experience in interior design, home décor, or construction sectors is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is beneficial.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru, conduct regular client meetings and site visits, and occasionally work extended hours to meet client and project needs.
