We are seeking a dedicated and physically fit Gardening Helper to assist in maintaining the extensive gardens and green spaces of our amusement park. This role involves a variety of manual labor tasks to ensure the park's landscape remains vibrant and presentable, contributing to a positive guest experience. Responsibilities

- General Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance tasks such as mowing lawns, trimming hedges, raking leaves, and clearing litter and debris from all green spaces and walkways.
- Plant Care: Assist with planting seasonal flowers, shrubs, and trees, as well as watering, weeding, mulching, and edging garden beds.
- Horticultural Support: Monitor the health of plants and report any signs of pests, diseases, or damage to senior gardening staff.
- Equipment Operation: Use and maintain various hand tools and basic light machinery, such as mowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers, while strictly following health and safety regulations.
- Cleaning and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper storage and cleaning of all gardening tools and equipment.
- Collaboration:



Work effectively as part of a team, assisting other groundskeeping and maintenance staff with various projects as needed.
- Safety Adherence: Comply with all company and state health and safety regulations related to landscaping and chemical application (fertilizers/pesticides).

Requirements and Skills

- Experience: Previous experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance is preferred, though not always required for an entry-level "helper" role.
- Physical Stamina: The ability to perform strenuous outdoor tasks, including lifting heavy objects, bending, kneeling, and standing for long periods in various weather conditions.
- Knowledge: Basic knowledge of plant care, common gardening techniques, and the use of landscaping equipment.
- Attention to Detail: A strong eye for detail to ensure all areas are neat, tidy, and aesthetically pleasing.
