Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

- Technical Leadership: Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of cloud-native applications and platforms.

- Team Management: Guide, mentor, and coach junior and mid-level engineers; foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

- System Architecture: Drive discussions on design, scalability, and performance optimization.

- Develop frontend applications (React/Angular/Vue) and backend services (Node.js, Python, Java).

- Architect and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP, or open-source equivalents).

- Implement infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices.

- Ensure security, compliance, and reliability of deployed systems.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to align technology with business goals.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies, particularly in open-source, cloud-native, and AI-driven ecosystems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 4+ years of proven experience in cloud engineering and full-stack development.





- Track record of leading teams or technical ownership of projects.

- Solid proficiency in:

- Frontend: React, Angular, or Vue (with deep JavaScript/TypeScript expertise).

- Backend: Node.js, Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI), or Java/Spring.

- Databases: SQL & NoSQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, etc.).

Expert-level experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, or open-source alternatives).
Strong expertise in containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
Hands-on experience with automation & infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible, Helm, etc.).
Proven ability to deliver scalable, reliable, and secure solutions in production.
Excellent communication skills with ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

- Hands-on knowledge of Generative AI (GenAI) frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs).

- Experience with Agentic AI applications and integrations.

- Contributions to open-source projects or thought leadership in engineering communities.

- Experience in scaling engineering teams or leading multiple squads.
