- Service-oriented, proactive, and collaborative mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Proven experience in DevOps, application operations, or system operationspreferably in a financial or regulated environment.
- Strong hands-on expertise with GCPincluding deployment, automation, and monitoring.




- Developing software in C++.Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions), and scripting (Python, Bash).
- Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and data platforms (Databricks, BigQuery) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Linux server environments
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages (German, French) are a plus..

Your responsibilities:

- Production Reliability: Ensure seamless uptime and rapid incident response for Index Services in a cloud-first environment.
- Cloud-Native Operations: Design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines on GCP, leveraging Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Automation & Innovation: Drive process automation and continuous improvement, reducing manual effort and increasing service quality.
- Security & Compliance: Proactively manage vulnerability patching and ensure compliance with DBGs security standards.
- Monitoring & Observability: Utilize up-to-date monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Graylog, BMC Patrol) to detect anomalies and optimize system performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with development, infrastructure, and business teams across locations to deliver robust solutions.
- Documentation: Create clear, user-friendly documentation using Confluence and JIRA, supporting knowledge sharing and audit readiness.
- Continuous Learning: Stay ahead of technology trends, especially in cloud and DevOps, and share insights with the team.
