Job Description:

- Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff (room attendants, cleaners, etc.)

- Inspect rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness standards are met

- Assign daily tasks and schedules to team members

- Train current employees on cleaning procedures, safety standards, and company policies

- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment when needed

- Handle guest or client complaints related to housekeeping services

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations

- Maintain records of staff attendance, performance, and work completion

- Report maintenance issues and ensure timely resolution

- Assist in developing cleaning procedures and improving service quality
