Job Description:

- Lead and oversee overall plant operations to achieve production, quality, cost, safety, and profitability targets.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with organizational goals and operational objectives.
- Drive operational excellence by optimizing production processes, productivity, and resource utilization.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, quality, procurement, finance, HR, and logistics teams for seamless plant operations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), budgets, operational costs, and implement cost optimization initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, environmental norms, safety standards, and company policies.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives through Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Kaizen, and process optimization programs.
- Oversee manpower planning, leadership development,



succession planning, and employee performance management.
- Review production schedules, maintenance plans, inventory levels, and customer delivery commitments.
- Build solid relationships with customers, vendors, government authorities, and other business stakeholders.
- Prepare MIS reports, business reviews, operational dashboards, and strategic presentations for senior management.
- Candidates with extensive leadership experience in integrated steel plants, power plants, or heavy manufacturing industries will be preferred.
