The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities

- Lead the IoT devices commissioning
- Perform site survyes with heavy focus on HVAC within Buildings and Indsutries
- Manage cable laying and panal building
- Set project timeline
- Monitor project deliverables
- Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
- Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
- Manage clients, vendors, colleagues from software and hardware background

Qualifications





- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Solid business acumen in project planning and management
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage tough conversation and negotiations with vendors

Experience

- 5-10 years of experience in BMS/IoT systems commissioning
- Hands on experience on drawing creation
- Excellent skills in MS Excel or other project management tools
- One of the PLC or native IoT programming skills
- Desired: Delta, Honneywell

Salary

- 6 to 10 lacs per annum
- Benefit as applicable
