As the business enters its next phase of growth, we're looking for a strategic and hands on People & Culture leader who can help build the foundation for scale while preserving a strong, high-performance culture. Key Responsibilities People Strategy & Organizational Growth

- Develop and execute a people strategy aligned with business objectives and long-term growth plans.
- Partner with founders and leadership teams on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
- Drive culture-building and transformation programs that support business evolution and scale.

Culture, Engagement & Employee Experience
- Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture aligned with the company's values and vision.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, feedback mechanisms, and action plans to enhance the employee experience.
- Champion employee well-being, development, and retention programs.

Talent Acquisition & Talent Management
- Build and scale talent acquisition strategies, employer branding, and onboarding programs.
- Lead performance management, goal-setting, and continuous feedback frameworks.




- Drive succession planning and leadership pipeline development for critical roles.

Learning & Leadership Development
- Design and implement leadership development and capability-building initiatives.
- Create learning programs that support growth opportunities and organizational effectiveness.
- Promote a culture of coaching, mentorship, and continuous development.

Rewards, Governance & Compliance
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and reward programs to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, HR policies, and people governance frameworks.
- Manage employee relations, workplace concerns, and organizational risk effectively.

Communication & Change Management
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on people-related matters.
- Lead internal communication and change management efforts during periods of growth and transformation.
- Build strong relationships across the organization to drive alignment and engagement.

What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
- Robust exposure to high-growth startups
- Experience building people functions from scale up to maturity
