About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive – International Sales who can identify international buyers, generate qualified business opportunities and support the development of our export customer base.
This is a hands-on international sales role, not a domestic sales or telecalling position.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and research international buyers, importers, wholesalers, fashion brands, retailers and private-label companies.
Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, B2B platforms, company databases, trade directories and other sources.
Conduct international B2B outreach through email, LinkedIn and phone calls.




Connect with purchasing managers, sourcing managers, business owners and other decision-makers.
Introduce the company's manufacturing capabilities and product range.
Understand buyer requirements and identify suitable product/manufacturing opportunities.
Schedule meetings with potential buyers for senior management.
Maintain accurate lead and activity records in CRM.
Follow up consistently with prospective buyers.
Support quotation, sampling and negotiation processes.
Monitor international markets and identify recent business opportunities.
