About the Role
We are looking for an entrepreneurial, high-execution Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to work directly alongside the leadership team.
This role is designed for a former founder, operator, or growth marketer who thrives in 0-to-1 environments. You will take complete ownership of high-impact strategic initiatives- ranging from launching new outlet formats and scaling unit economics to optimizing central kitchen operations and leading growth marketing campaigns.

What You'll Do
Drive Strategic Expansion: Take ownership of 0-to-1 operational projects as we scale toward our 25-outlet milestone.
Growth & Marketing Strategy: Lead local store marketing, influencer collaborations, and performance campaigns to drive footfall and delivery volume.
Process & Operational Optimization: Work closely with our central kitchen and store ops teams to streamline workflows, optimize food/labour costs, and maximize margin efficiency.
Experimentation & Prototyping: Accelerate trials for new sales channels and technology integrations to validate unit economics before full rollout.
Leadership Alignment: Serve as a strategic thought partner to executive leadership, translating high-level goals into tactical execution.

Who You Are
Prior Entrepreneurial Experience: You’ve previously founded a startup, launched a food/consumer brand, or held an early-stage growth
