Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Amazon Connect Developer with strong expertise in contact center solution development and AWS technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting Amazon Connect solutions, including contact flows, chatbots, APIs, and cloud-based integrations. The role requires hands-on experience with AWS services, application development, and modern integration architectures.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain customer contact center solutions using Amazon Connect.
Create and manage Amazon Connect contact flows, routing strategies, and customer interaction workflows.
Develop and integrate Amazon Lex chatbots to enhance customer engagement and self-service capabilities.
Build and maintain AWS Lambda functions to support business logic and workflow automation.
Design, develop, and consume REST and SOAP APIs for system integrations.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.




Develop cloud-native applications and integrations within the AWS ecosystem.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to contact center applications and AWS services.
Ensure application performance, reliability, and security across cloud environments.
Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
Maintain technical documentation and follow development best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

3-7 years of experience in Amazon Connect development.
Strong experience in Contact Center Solution Development.
Hands-on experience creating Amazon Connect Flows, Amazon Lex Chatbots, and AWS Lambda Functions.
Experience with AWS Services and the broader AWS ecosystem.
Robust programming experience in Java or Node.js.
Experience designing and developing REST and SOAP Web Services.
Knowledge of Spring, Maven, and Hibernate frameworks.
Experience with database technologies such as MySQL, SQL Server, DB2, or Amazon RDS.
