About the Role
We are looking for a Vice President – Sales & Growth to build and lead the next phase of 2gethr's growth.
This role will report directly to the Founder and will be based out of Bangalore.
This is a build-from-scratch leadership role. The person will be responsible for setting up the sales engine, building the team, creating the GTM strategy, developing enterprise relationships,
driving revenue and expanding 2gethr into new markets.
We are looking for someone who can build the business, not just manage an existing sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth
Own the overall sales strategy and revenue targets.
Build a strong enterprise sales pipeline across GCCs, corporates and large organisations.
Personally drive key enterprise deals and strategic accounts.
Build relationships with CXOs, CRE leaders, Workplace Heads, HR, Admin and Procurement teams.
Drive the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
Build a predictable and scalable sales pipeline.
Build the Sales Function from Scratch
Set up the sales organisation, structure, roles and responsibilities.
Hire and build a high-performing sales team.
Define sales targets, KPIs, incentive structures and performance metrics.
Establish sales processes, CRM discipline, pipeline reviews and reporting.
