Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Sriperumbudur. The Sales Manager will oversee regional sales operations, develop and execute sales strategies, and manage relationships with distributors, retailers, and institutional clients. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, meeting sales targets, preparing sales forecasts,



and monitoring market trends and competitor activities. The role involves coordinating with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery, resolving customer issues, and maintaining accurate sales reports and CRM records. The Sales Manager will also lead and mentor the local sales team, conduct regular reviews, and support marketing initiatives such as promotional campaigns and product launches.
