Grand Motorcars is a six-store automotive dealership group headquartered in Atlanta, USA. We build all of our technology in-house — inventory systems, sales performance dashboards, payroll automation, data pipelines — and it is run by a lean, fast-moving tech team. You would be hire #2, working directly under the CTO.

About the Role

This is not a typical developer job. You will build features end-to-end using Claude Code — the company provides the subscription. If you don't already build with AI every day, this role is not for you.
You'll work from detailed specs and design mockups prepared by the CTO, and own the execution end-to-end — build it, test it, polish it, ship it. Your work reaches real users at real dealerships within days, not months.

What You'll Do
- Build full-stack features (React + TypeScript frontend, Node + TypeScript backend,



PostgreSQL) from detailed specs and design samples
- Drive Claude Code daily as your primary development tool — prompting well, reading every diff, catching the AI when it's wrong
- Test and verify your own work before it reaches review — "it runs" is not "it works"
- Polish UIs to a premium standard — spacing, hierarchy, motion — not just make them functional
- Open clean pull requests with clear descriptions, take review feedback, and iterate fast

What We're Looking For
- Fresh graduates welcome — we care about how you work, not years of experience
- You already use AI tools (Claude, Cursor, Copilot, or similar) as your default way of building — and you can tell when they're wrong
- Solid fundamentals in JavaScript/TypeScript and React; comfort with REST APIs and SQL
- An eye for positive UI — you notice when spacing is off and it bothers you
- You verify what you ship — you test what yo
