Who We're Looking For
HR Operations Specialist to join our global People team. This role is responsible for supporting core HR Operations processes across multiple countries, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management and efficient HR administration. The ideal candidate has experience working in an international IT environment, understands various employment models (B2B,
employment, etc.), and is passionate about delivering high-quality HR support while ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Location: Kyiv, Ukraine.
Work model: Hybrid (1–2 days per week in the office, depending on business needs).
Responsibilities
Coordinate new hire onboarding process, and arrange internal transfers and terminations, including preparing appropriate paperwork.
Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, employment history, and documentation of employment-related actions or changes. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information and files.
Administer employee leave policies, including vacation, sick leave, and other types of time off.
Collaborate with EORs to facilitate employee transfers, assignments, and compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
