Role Description The Project Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore, responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of research and strategy projects. In this role, the individual coordinates project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication to ensure assignments stay on track and within scope.



Day-to-day tasks include organizing project documentation, scheduling and facilitating internal and client meetings, tracking deliverables, and maintaining reporting dashboards. The Project Coordinator works closely with research and strategy teams to consolidate findings, prepare presentations, and ensure clients receive clear, actionable outputs. This role also involves identifying operational bottlenecks, proposing process improvements, and supporting a collaborative, high-performance project workplace.
