About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in team management, sales strategy, target achievement, customer conversion, and performance monitoring.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales operations, mentoring the team, improving conversion rates, and ensuring the achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve assigned monthly and quarterly targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and improve conversion rates.
Set individual and team-level sales targets and monitor performance regularly.
Track sales activities, leads, conversions, follow-ups, and revenue through CRM or reporting systems.




Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
Identify performance gaps and provide appropriate training, guidance, and support to team members.
Monitor the complete sales funnel, from lead generation and qualification to conversion and closure.
Ensure timely and effective follow-up with prospective customers.
Handle escalations and support the team in closing high-value or complex deals.
Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities for business growth.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to improve lead quality and sales performance.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and provide regular performance reports to senior management.
Ensure adherence to company sales processes, policies, and professional standards.
Continuously identify current opportunities to increase revenue, customer acquisition, and retention.
