✅Experience: 5 to 8 years of construction project engineering experience. Secure career history required; no industrial/plant project profiles considered.
✅Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering strictly required.
✅Core Skills: Minimum 2-3 years of BIM & Revit experience; hands-on in at least TWO: Submittals, RFIs, Change Orders, Quantity Take-Offs, Estimation, or Project Coordination. US project experience strongly preferred.
✅Software/Tools: Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Bluebeam, Revizto, Civil 3D, or estimation tools. ✅Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English for mandatory daily technical coordination syncs with US client teams.
✅Logistics: 100% strictly Work-from-Office model located in Gurgaon.

Coordinate daily deliverables between offshore teams and US project managers, ensuring precise BIM coordination, submittal workflows, and quality assurance across the project lifecycle.
?Core Responsibilities
✔️Technical Coordination: Drive daily syncs with US project managers to deliver status updates, submittals, RFIs, and 2D overlays.
✔️BIM & Drafting Support: Utilize Revit and Navisworks to coordinate MEP/structural construction documentation and resolve spatial clashes.
✔️Project Controls: Manage change order workflows, quantity take-offs, and initial project estimation for new deliverables.
✔️Quality & Compliance: Maintain strict quality control protocols across technical documentation, drawings, and submittal packages.
✔️Document Control: Take full ownership of document management systems, drawing logs, and technical specification reviews.
