This internship offers hands-on exposure across product styling, merchandising, customer experience, and jewellery operations, with the chance to convert into a full-time role based on performance.
Role Overview
*This is not a sales role. It is a product, styling, and customer interaction role focused on delivering an exceptional jewellery experience while supporting multiple business functions.*
As a Jewellery Product & Styling Intern, you will work at the intersection of product, styling, and customer experience. You will help curate collections, style campaigns, support visual merchandising, and most importantly, coordinate jewellery customizations and repairs to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Note: Approximately 40% of this role is dedicated to Jewellery Customization & Repairs,
making it the most critical responsibility.
Key Responsibilities1. Jewellery Customization & Repairs (≈40% of the role)
· Act as the primary coordinator for customer customization, resizing, and repair requests.
· Meet with karigars (artisans) to clearly communicate customer customization requirements and ensure flawless execution.
· Translate customer ideas into clear technical instructions for artisans.
· Coordinate timelines, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery.
· Maintain strict quality standards throughout the customization and repair process.
· Guide customers on available customization options and after-sales care.
2. Fashion Trend Research
· Stay updated on fashion, jewellery, and lifestyle trends.
· Identify emerging trends relevant to Soho Tiger’s target audience.
3. Collection Curation
· Assist in curating collections aligned with the Soho Tiger brand.
