Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Chef role located in India. The Chef will plan and prepare a variety of dishes with an emphasis on tandoori and other Indian specialties, ensuring consistent taste, presentation, and portion control. Daily responsibilities include organizing the kitchen station, managing food inventory, supervising food preparation, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards. The Chef will collaborate with kitchen staff, support menu development, and adjust recipes based on customer feedback and seasonal ingredients.



The role also involves coordinating with service staff to ensure timely order delivery and smooth restaurant operations.
Qualifications
Strong experience in Indian cuisine, especially tandoori dishes, curries, and traditional breads.
Knowledge of food hygiene, safety regulations, and kitchen sanitation practices.
Ability to manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, inventory control, and staff coordination.
Skill in menu planning, portion control, and maintaining consistency in flavor and presentation.
Prior experience as a Chef or Cook in a restaurant environment; formal culinary training is an advantage.
Capability to work in a fast-paced setting, handle multiple orders, and maintain composure under pressure.
Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with diverse kitchen and service teams.
