Position: Infra Engineer- HVAC, Hyderabad

What this job involves
You will be ensuring that all technical services are maintained operational during your shift duty. Taking charge of entire technical assets in building, managing engineering team and supporting the Property Manager / Assistant Property Manager your team leader for coordinating for technical issues with client and occupants. Your key deliverables will be to:




Manage and maintain electromechanical / utilities services at the site with the help of technician team.
Diagnosing intricate mechanical, electrical, and control faults, and leading investigations into recurring system failures to develop permanent engineering solutions.
Ensure all installations comply with OSHA, NFPA, and regional policies.
Overseeing HVAC architecture (including chillers, AHUs, and CRAC/CRAH units for data centers or large commercial buildings)
Testing, commissioning, and validation of new electrical equipment or facility upgrades.
Evaluating vendor Service Level Agreements (SLAs), managing Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), and ensuring external contractors meet safety and quality standards
Developing comprehensive schedules and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for routine maintenance to prevent downtime.
Enforcing OSHA regulations, energy efficiency protocols, and building appliance standards on-site
Prepare and implement planned
