Role Description The HR Associate – Immediate Joiner role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The HR Associate will support day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, HRIS updates, attendance and leave management, and coordination of payroll inputs. Responsibilities include assisting in recruitment activities, scheduling interviews, supporting new hire orientation, and maintaining accurate employee records in line with company policies. The role will also involve coordinating training and development programs, tracking participation, and supporting performance management processes and HR initiatives. The HR Associate will act as a point of contact for employee queries, ensure effective communication across teams, and collaborate with senior HR professionals to drive a positive and compliant work setting.
