Role Description The Influencer Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns across social platforms to support brand awareness, engagement, and performance goals.



Day-to-day activities include identifying and vetting relevant influencers, managing outreach and negotiations, and building long-term relationships with creators and agencies. The Influencer Marketing Manager will coordinate campaign briefs, timelines, and deliverables, track and report on performance metrics, and optimize strategies based on data and insights. Collaboration with internal teams such as social media, content, design, and growth marketing is expected to ensure aligned messaging and cohesive campaigns.

Qualifications
Solid experience in influencer marketing, including campaign planning, influencer sourcing, outreach, negotiations, and relationship management.
Knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok), and content trends, with the ability to integrate influencer campaigns into broader marketing strategies.
