Role Description This is a full-time, in office Student Counselor – Study Abroad role based in Kozhikode. The counselor will guide prospective students and families through the entire study abroad journey, including course and country selection, university shortlisting, and explaining admission requirements and timelines.



Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in person, and maintaining accurate records of student profiles and application statuses. The role involves coordinating with universities and internal teams for admissions, documentation, and visa processes, while providing clear information on scholarships, financial planning, and post-study options. The counselor will also support pre-departure orientations, participate in events and seminars, and contribute to outreach activities to increase awareness of Gradiks’ services.
Qualifications
Strong student counseling and advisory skills, with the ability to assess academic profiles, clarify study options, and provide tailored guidance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including proficiency in spoken and written English and the ability to engage confidently with students and families.
