Role Description The Fitness Coach is a full time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. The coach will design and lead fitness sessions, including individual and group exercise programs, tailored to client needs and medical guidance. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing client fitness levels, demonstrating proper exercise techniques, monitoring progress, and adjusting programs to ensure safe, effective training. The role also involves providing basic nutrition and lifestyle guidance aligned with the doctor-led program,



maintaining accurate client records, and collaborating closely with medical and wellness teams. The Fitness Coach will foster a motivating, inclusive environment that supports clients in achieving their weight loss and fitness goals.
Qualifications

Demonstrated skills in Group Exercise and Fitness Instruction for diverse client populations.
Strong capabilities in Fitness Training and practical knowledge of the Fitness Industry.
Foundational understanding of Nutrition and its role in weight management and overall health.
Relevant certification in fitness training, personal training, or group exercise from a recognized institution.
Experience working in clinical, wellness, or gym settings, ideally within weight loss or lifestyle programs.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach clients of varied backgrounds.
