Mid / Senior Growth Manager (App)
Location: 100% remote
Salary: $30,000–$50,000 USD annually, depending on ability and experience
Experience required: Either proven mobile growth experience or exceptional early-career potential. All candidates must understand Apple Search Ads and have practical experience owning ASO across the Apple App Store
Education: No degree required; a relevant degree is preferred.

This is a hands-on role with direct ownership of mobile app growth. You will be expected to turn ideas into measurable results and keep moving without waiting for detailed instructions.

This is a performance- and revenue-focused role. Your job is not to generate vanity metrics or low-quality traffic. Your primary goal is to acquire real users who engage with the app and convert from the free experience or initial 3–7-day trial into paying premium subscribers.



You will improve the full growth funnel—from discovery and install through onboarding, trial activation, paid conversion, retention, revenue, and profit.
