Role Description The Sales Manager will oversee end-to-end sales activities for Respond Right Education’s programs, with a primary focus on expanding the RESPOND RIGHT SMART SCHOOL presence in educational institutions. This full-time, on-site role based in Goregaon includes identifying and qualifying new leads, building relationships with school administrators and franchise partners,



and conducting presentations or demos to decision-makers. The Sales Manager will manage the sales pipeline, negotiate contracts, and ensure smooth onboarding of current clients. Daily responsibilities also include tracking sales metrics, preparing reports, collaborating with marketing and operations teams, and maintaining a high standard of customer service and follow-up to support long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in sales or business development, preferably in education, training, or related service industries.
Strong skills in prospecting, lead generation, and relationship building with school leaders, franchise partners, and other stakeholders.
Ability to conduct persuasive presentations, negotiate agreements, and close deals while maintaining ethical and transparent practices.
Solid organizational and pipeline management skills, including use of CRM tools, sales tracking, and reporting.
