About the Job
We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter with experience in technical recruitment and most importantly, strong communication skills and a willingness to take calls.

Location: Bangalore (Looking for Bangalore based candidates only)
Work Mode: On-site
Min Experience: 6 - 12 months

What you’ll be doing:
Source and shortlist candidates for technical roles.
Understand basic technical requirements and match relevant profiles.
Speak with candidates, conduct initial screening calls and understand their experience.
Coordinate with candidates and hiring teams throughout the process.
Communicate confidently with candidates and clients.

What we’re looking for:
6 - 12 months of experience in technical/IT recruitment.
Strong verbal communication.
Comfortable taking calls and speaking with candidates.
Basic understanding of technical roles and skills.
Confident, proactive, and willing to learn.
Someone who loves to hustle, takes initiative and thrives in a startup environment.
