Key Responsibilities
Own the complete sales and design lifecycle as an Individual Contributor
Convert leads into confirmed interior design projects by understanding client needs and presenting compelling design solutions.
Conduct client consultations to understand requirements, lifestyle, preferences, space planning needs, and budget.
Develop, present, and close design concepts, quotations, and project proposals.
Independently manage the complete design process, including concept development, material selection,



and client approvals.
Take full ownership of achieving sales targets while delivering high-quality design solutions.
Guide clients through the entire design and material selection journey, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Ensure smooth client onboarding and successful project handover with high customer satisfaction.
Identify and drive upselling opportunities for modular furniture, furnishings, décor, and other value-added offerings.

Requirements
Proven experience in interior design sales and residential interior design projects minimum 5 years with the ability to independently manage the complete design process.
Demonstrated success in converting leads, closing deals, and consistently achieving sales targets.
Strong understanding of residential interiors, modular furniture, space planning, materials, and design principles.
