Role Description The Influencer Marketing Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Noida. This role involves identifying and evaluating relevant influencers across social platforms, building and maintaining long-term relationships,



and negotiating collaborations that align with client and agency goals. The specialist will plan and execute influencer campaigns, coordinate content briefs and timelines, and ensure all deliverables are brand-aligned and performance-focused. Day-to-day work includes tracking campaign metrics, preparing performance reports, optimizing strategies based on data, and collaborating closely with the social media, content, and design teams. The role also requires staying updated on influencer trends, platform changes, and emerging creators to continually refine the agency’s influencer marketing approach.
