Role Description The Operations Team Member role is a full-time, on-site position based in Patna. This role involves coordinating daily center operations,



including scheduling classes, managing student enrollment, and ensuring smooth communication between teachers, students, and parents. The Operations Team Member will monitor attendance, track performance reports, and support the implementation of academic and administrative processes. Responsibilities include assisting with local outreach and basic sales follow-ups, maintaining records and data, and supporting project-based initiatives to improve operational efficiency. The role requires close collaboration with academic, technology, and management teams to deliver a consistent, high-quality learning experience for students.
