We are looking for a Founding Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) who is ready to build something meaningful from the ground up—not just join a company, but help shape its future.
This is an opportunity for someone who wants to work directly alongside the Founder and become one of the driving forces behind BAOIAM's growth.
Role Overview
As the Founding CMO, you will work directly with the Founder across marketing, branding, business expansion, strategic partnerships, events, collaborations, investor readiness, and growth initiatives.




This is not a conventional 9-to-5 marketing position. You will be involved in almost every strategic decision that contributes to building BAOIAM into a national brand.
You should enjoy solving problems, taking ownership, travelling for important meetings and representing the company confidently.
Key ResponsibilitiesBrand & Marketing
Build and execute BAOIAM's overall marketing strategy.
Create brand positioning and market expansion plans.
Manage digital marketing, social media, PR and community growth.
Lead product launch campaigns.
Develop GTM (Go-To-Market) strategies for new offerings.
Founder Office
Work closely with the Founder on strategic initiatives.
Attend meetings with colleges, universities, startups and corporate partners.
Represent BAOIAM during networking events and conferences.
Assist in business expansion opportunities.
Coordinate cross-functional execution across departments.
