Position: Civil Engineer – Real Estate
Location: Kankavli, Sindhudurg, Maharashtra
Experience: 2–5 Years

Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
* Monitor civil work as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
* Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects and consultants.
* Check RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing and finishing work.
* Prepare and verify BOQ, quantity estimates and material requirements.
* Monitor project timelines, site progress and labour productivity.
* Conduct regular site inspections and maintain daily progress reports.
* Ensure proper utilisation and quality of construction materials.
* Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
* Maintain project documentation and coordinate with the management team.
Eligibility:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
2–5 years of relevant experience in Real Estate / Construction is mandatory.
* Experience in residential/commercial projects preferred.
* Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, BOQ, estimation and quantity surveying.
* Robust site supervision and contractor-management skills.
* Candidates from Kankavli/Sindhudurg or nearby locations preferred.
* Candidate should be comfortable working at project sites.
