Job Description:
The Customer Success Executive will manage and support assigned customers, including onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth user experience. The role involves handling customer queries, providing platform guidance,
conducting training sessions, and maintaining regular follow-ups to improve customer satisfaction and engagement. The executive will also coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and support overall customer success.
