Role Description The Business Development Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The individual in this position will identify and qualify prospective students, generate leads, and build relationships with schools, colleges,



and other partners to expand Yastudy’s reach. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, presenting Yastudy’s services to potential students and partners, and following up on inquiries via calls, messages, and meetings. The role involves maintaining accurate records of leads and interactions, contributing to outreach campaigns and events, and collaborating with the counseling and marketing teams to improve student acquisition strategies. The Business Development Associate will be expected to meet defined targets while maintaining a student-centric, ethical approach to guidance and support.
