Role Description The Area Sales Manager will lead and manage sales operations for the assigned region in Akola,



overseeing achievement of business targets and ensuring portfolio quality for housing finance products. This full-time, on-site role includes planning and executing sales strategies, supervising and mentoring a team of sales officers, and driving customer acquisition within the EWS/LIG segment. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with local builders, channel partners, and community stakeholders, as well as coordinating with credit, operations, and collections teams to ensure smooth end-to-end loan processing. The Area Sales Manager will monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements, prepare periodic performance reports, and implement initiatives to improve productivity, customer experience, and compliance.
