Role Description This is a full time, on-site Real Estate Consultant role based in Noida. The Real Estate Consultant will advise clients on property investment opportunities, conduct site visits, and present clear, factual information about real properties. Daily responsibilities include understanding client requirements, recommending suitable projects, supporting negotiations between buyers and sellers, and assisting with documentation and closing processes.



The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local real estate trends, building long-term client relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions. The consultant may also contribute to training sessions or knowledge-sharing activities within the team.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property markets, particularly in Noida and nearby regions.
Proven Sales skills, including lead generation, client engagement, and deal closure.
Effective Negotiation abilities to facilitate fair and successful agreements between parties.
Experience in Training or mentoring team members on real estate products and processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with diverse clients.
Ability to analyze market trends and present clear, data-backed investment options.
Comfort with on-site client meetings, property visit
