You will be responsible for Infrastructure planning, development and Installation & Commissioning activities with a strong focus on productivity, quality and safety levels. To design a robust process and ensure successful execution of New Product Development activities in Frame Assy, Final Inspection and Indirect areasA Day in the life
A. Infrastructure Planning and execution:1. CAPEX budget planning, monitoring and execution.2. Preparation of Technical Specifications for New machines, Fixtures, tooling, Gauges, etc3. RFQ preparation4.
Commercial documentations as per the defined process.5. Installation& Commissioning, Trials and Handover of all new facility.
B. Timely Execution of recent models to fulfil the business plan requirements.1. New Model layout and process design.2.Planning and execution of all infrastructure requirements3.Drawings study.
4.Ensuring in-plant readiness for Pre-Production trials.5. Preparation of PFD, PFMEA and SOPs.6. Closure of issues identified during trial events
C. Process documentation:1.Preparation of PFD and PFMEA documents2. Preparation of Standard Operating Procedures
D. Improvement Projects execution1. Identification of improvement projects for waste elimination to improve the productivitylevels.2. Layout preparation and optimization 3. Implementation of Cost reduction initiatives.4. Implementation of projects to improve the QA Rate and elimination of Warranty phenomena. 5. Implementation of
