Role Description The Receptionist is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai, responsible for being the first point of contact for students, families, and visitors. Daily tasks include welcoming guestsmainly on Zoom call , managing incoming calls, responding to inquiries, and directing individuals to the appropriate team members or departments. The role involves scheduling appointments, maintaining reception and waiting areas,



handling basic clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and mail management, and supporting front-office administrative processes. The Receptionist also assists with coordinating student visits, ensuring a professional, courteous, and organized experience that reflects Envision’s commitment to guidance and support.
Qualifications

Strong Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills, including managing front desk operations, appointment scheduling, and basic administrative tasks.
Excellent Communication abilities, with clear spoken and written English and the capacity to interact effectively with students, families, and team members.
