Role Description The Cafe & Kitchen Manager is a full time, on-site role based in the Pune Division, responsible for overseeing daily operations of the cafe and kitchen within PopcornStay properties. This includes managing food preparation, service quality, and hygiene standards, while ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations. The role involves supervising and scheduling staff, coordinating inventory and procurement,



and monitoring costs to maintain budget targets. The manager will design and update menus in collaboration with leadership, maintain consistent guest service standards, and address resident feedback promptly. The position also requires close coordination with property and operations teams to support a seamless hospitality experience for residents and guests.
Qualifications
Strong cafe and kitchen operations skills, including food preparation oversight, menu planning, and service coordination.
Experience in staff management, including team supervision, scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance standards, with the ability to implement and audit procedures.
Proficiency in inventory control, vendor coordination, and basic cost management to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
