Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain backend services and APIs
Develop high-performance components in modern C++ and .NET
Write clean, testable, and well-documented code
Collaborate with product and DevOps to deliver secure and scalable solutions
Participate in code reviews and improve engineering standards
Requirements
2+ years of experience in C++ (C++14/17) and .NET (C# preferred)
Strong understanding of data structures, concurrency, and memory management
Experience with RESTful APIs and database systems (SQL/NoSQL)
Familiarity with Windows and/or Linux development workflows
Knowledge of Git and CI/CD practices
Own the ML lifecycle from data preparation to model deployment for applied business use-cases.
Responsibilities
Develop end-to-end ML pipelines: data ingestion, feature engineering, training, evaluation
Experiment with classical ML and deep learning techniques where appropriate
Collaborate with engineering to integrate models into production services
Monitor model performance and iterate to improve accuracy and robustness
Document assumptions, metrics, and results clearly
Requirements
Solid Python skills and experience with libraries such as scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy
Understanding of supervised/unsupervised learning and evaluation metrics

Provide reliable L1/L2 support during night shift hours, ensuring uptime and rapid incident response.
