Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Area Sales Manager role based in Mumbai. The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales operations within the assigned region, including achieving volume and revenue targets, monitoring dealer performance, and driving market penetration for Honda’s product portfolio.



The role involves developing and executing regional sales strategies, managing channel relationships, conducting regular market visits, and identifying opportunities for growth. The Area Sales Manager will coordinate with dealers on demand planning, inventory management, retail initiatives, and customer experience improvements. The role also includes analyzing sales data, tracking competitors, preparing periodic reports, and collaborating with marketing.
Qualifications

Strong sales, business development, and channel management skills, with experience in managing regional or area-level markets.
Proficiency in market analysis, sales forecasting, and performance reporting, using data to drive decision-making and strategy.
Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder communication abilities to work effectively with dealers and internal teams.
