Role Description The Marketing Manager role at Yodley is a full-time, on-site position based in the Delhi NCR. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. The Marketing Manager will develop and manage the marketing calendar, coordinate with sales and product teams, oversee content creation, and ensure consistent brand messaging. Daily activities include tracking performance metrics,



analyzing campaign data, managing external agencies or vendors, and preparing regular reports and insights for leadership. The role also involves managing budgets, identifying new growth opportunities, and supporting market research to better understand customer needs and competitive dynamics.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and execution across multiple channels.
Strong skills in digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, and performance tracking tools.
Ability to develop and manage brand positioning, messaging, and marketing communications.
Experience with market research, customer insights, and data analysis to inform marketing decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and persuasive marketing materials.
