KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
Content & Design Execution
Design social media creatives, brochures, one-pagers, email templates, and presentation decks in Canva.
Adapt existing brand templates for new campaigns, exhibitions, or product launches - not create brand identity from scratch.
Write short-form copy for social posts, emailers, and collateral, for review before publishing.

2. Email Marketing Execution
Build, schedule, and send email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Lemlist, based on briefs.
Maintain and clean the prospect database; flag duplicate, bounced, or unsubscribed contacts.
Track open rates, click-through rates, and basic campaign metrics, and report them in a straightforward format
Support A/B tests that are designed by the Head of Growth (not design tests independently).
3. Event & Exhibition Support
Assist with logistics coordination for exhibitions and events: vendor follow-ups, checklists, collateral printing, on-ground material readiness.
Help maintain project trackers so deadlines and owners stay visible.
4. Website & Digital Support




Update website content (text, images, minor page edits) working with the developer/agency; does not own the website roadmap.
Assist with basic social media scheduling and posting.
5. Market & Competitor Awareness
Gather competitor and market information as directed, and organize it into simple summaries.
6. Reporting & Admin
Maintain marketing trackers, campaign calendars, and basic performance dashboards.
Support the Head of Growth with any other execution tasks as assigned.

OTHER DUTIES
Actively build knowledge of the business, its products, and its customers.
Occasional travel may be required for exhibitions/events.
Other tasks as delegated by the reporting Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in marketing, communications, or design execution (agency or in- house).
