Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Intern/Executive with a keen interest in community engagement to join our team. In addition to inviting leads to our meeting on April 18, this role will involve providing information about our vibrant community, the 10 Crore Club, and how it works. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, personable, and passionate about connecting with people.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential leads using provided scripts.
Clearly communicate the purpose of the call and invite leads to attend our meeting.
Provide information about our community, the 10 Crore Club, including its mission, benefits, and how it operates.
Engage leads in conversations about our community and its relevance to their interests and needs.
Maintain accurate records of call interactions and community engagement efforts in our CRM system.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with potential leads.
Genuine interest in community engagement and connecting with people.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Prior experience in sales, community engagement, or customer service is a plus but not required.
