Social Media Manager
Role Purpose: Be the bridge between clients and the internal team, ensuring smooth communication, timely delivery, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the single point of contact for our clients.
Collect briefs, prepare moodboards, and align client expectations with internal capabilities.
Work with the Creative Lead, Content Writer, and Social Media Executive to deliver monthly plans and campaigns.
Oversee paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) in collaboration with the Performance Marketing Executives.
Review campaign objectives, targeting, budgets, and results to ensure client KPIs are met.
Track project timelines, approvals, and ensure deadlines are met.
Present reports, performance updates, and recent ideas to clients.
Coordinate with related vendors when required
Requirements:
2–3 years’ experience in client servicing/account management (agency preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
Good understanding of social media platforms, digital campaigns, and basics of paid advertising (Meta & Google Ads).
Ability to interpret campaign reports and provide actionable insights to clients.
