Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Ahmedabad. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue current business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. The role includes conducting market research, presenting product solutions, preparing proposals, and negotiating terms to close deals. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve managing key accounts,



coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction, and tracking sales performance against targets. The individual will represent Royal Tint at client meetings, events, and industry forums to enhance brand visibility and support business growth.

Qualifications
Ability to drive New Business Development and Lead Generation through research, networking, and outreach.
Strong Business acumen with a focus on understanding client needs and aligning solutions to project requirements.
Effective Communication skills, including clear presentation, negotiation, and professional client interaction.
Experience with Account Management, maintaining long-term relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in building materials, glass, or related industries.
