Role Description The Owner role at PARAGON | ADEER is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The Owner is responsible for setting the overall strategic direction of the venture, overseeing key development projects, and ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and long-term growth objectives.



Daily activities include reviewing project proposals and financial models, guiding design and planning decisions, and collaborating with executive teams, investors, and external partners. The role involves supervising operational performance, monitoring market trends, and making high-level decisions on investments, partnerships, and resource allocation. The Owner will also represent the organization in high-stakes meetings, maintain governance standards, and foster a culture of innovation, integrity, and sustainable development.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in real estate development, asset management, or large-scale construction projects, preferably within regional or international markets.
Solid leadership capabilities, including strategic planning, decision-making, stakeholder management, and team development.
