Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Unnao for a Senior Merchandiser / Assistant Merchandiser.



The role involves managing merchandising activities for leather and footwear products, including product development coordination, sample follow-up, and tracking orders from inquiry to shipment. The qualified will liaise with international buyers, understand market trends, prepare costings, and support pricing and negotiation activities. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries, maintaining accurate documentation, and monitoring inventory and sales performance. The role also requires close collaboration with marketing and sales teams to align assortments with brand positioning and customer expectations.
