About the Job
Role Summary:

The Marketing - Manager will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies to strengthen the Nucore brand, generate qualified leads, and support revenue growth. The role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and solid execution capabilities across digital, content, product, and campaign marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
Define positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for products and services.
Identify target segments, customer personas, and growth opportunities.

Demand Generation & Digital Marketing
Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital, email, social media, SEO, SEM, and events.
Drive lead generation and pipeline creation in partnership with sales teams.
Optimize campaign performance using analytics and marketing automation tools.

Brand & Content Marketing




Strengthen Nucore's brand presence across digital platforms.
Create and oversee high-quality content including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, brochures, presentations, and website content.
Manage social media presence and thought leadership initiatives.

Product Marketing
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand product capabilities and customer value propositions.
Develop product positioning, competitive analysis, and sales enablement materials.
Support product launches and feature announcements.

Customer & Market Insights
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Gather customer insights and translate them into marketing strategies.
Monitor industry developments and competitor activities.

Performance Measurement
Track and report key marketing metrics including leads, conversions, CAC, ROI, website traffic, and campaign effectiveness.
